Can my kids train together?

Often yes, and it works well when they are close in size. Sometimes they do better apart. Tell Rex their ages and how they get on.

Usually yes. Close in age and size, they make each other a good partner, and neither is shy in front of the other.

It goes wrong two ways. A big size gap, where the older spends the hour being careful and the younger spends it losing. Or a pair who cannot stop competing, who I would rather coach separately.

Tell me if one of them is the quiet one. A shy kid vanishes behind a loud sibling and I run it differently when I know: training a shy kid, then what an hour looks like. Two drilling needs more floor than one: how much space. Parents get on the mat too, like mothers and daughters. Message me their ages.
