Getting started

How often should I train?

Once a week builds a skill. Twice changes you. The number that matters is the one you can hold for a year without stopping.

Once a week builds a real skill if you keep showing up. Twice a week is where people start to move and look different.

The number that beats both is the one you can hold when work gets busy and a kid gets sick. Twelve weeks of one honest hour beats a month of four sessions a week and then nothing.

Leave a day between when you are starting out. Recovery between sessions covers the boring parts that work. Training toward a date is different maths, and I build backwards from the date: how long a fight camp runs.

Ask me what I have open when you message me.
